This auto rental business (and former gas station) was converted into a tasteful pizzeria and retail space.  New brick exterior to match the rear of the building and walkway overhangs give this building a wonderful look that better integrates into the surrounding residential areas and appeals to customers.  The building was also expanded to the left and right nearly doubling the square footage for the owner.

Other improvements include an updated heating and cooling system and more pleasing landscaping.
